Confidential Community-Based Counseling

Vet Centers

Vet Centers offer confidential counseling and outreach services in community-based, nonmedical settings. They serve eligible veterans, service members, and family members and can provide support for readjustment, PTSD, depression, military sexual trauma, grief, and family concerns.

Vet Center services are provided at no cost to eligible participants. Their call center is available around the clock and is staffed by people familiar with military experiences and the transition to civilian life. Eligibility requirements apply, so visitors should review the current guidelines or contact a Vet Center directly.
